What to do if the pre-linearization or the printer calibration fails
If you experience problems getting a printer calibrated, please consider the following:
- Check if the correct medium is loaded in the printer.
- Shake the ink cartridges and replace expired ink cartridges.
- Perform a nozzle check and print head cleaning.
- Do a paper feed adjustment and print head alignment.
