Password Protection

  1. In the top area of the program menu, click System.
  2. From the list, select Administration Password. A new window opens.
  3. Enter the desired password in the second field New Password.
  4. Repeat the input in the Confirm Password field.
  5. Confirm the input with OK at the bottom right.

  3. First enter your old password in the first box in the window.
  4. Enter the desired password in the second field New Password.
  5. Repeat the input in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Save your input with OK at the bottom right.

If you uninstall GMG ColorProof, the password information is not deleted from the registry. Your old password will still apply after reinstalling the program later.
